DreamMe

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 26, 2026

1. Who we are

DreamMe ("the app", "we", "us") is developed and operated by Diego Gonzalez / LOJIK Labs, based in Mexico. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You must be an adult (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. DreamMe is for parents and caregivers to use with their children; children should not create accounts. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. How stories are made

DreamMe writes and illustrates stories with artificial intelligence. Every request, page and illustration passes an automated safety check before it is saved. Even so, generated stories and pictures can sometimes be inaccurate, odd or not to your taste. Please look through a story before reading it to your child, and tell us at support@dreamme.app if something is wrong.

4. Story credits

5. The Bedtime Club subscription

6. Acceptable use

Please use DreamMe for what it is for: bedtime stories for your family. Do not:

7. Content and ownership

You keep the rights to what you type into the app, and you allow us to process it to make and store your stories. The stories and illustrations made for you are for your family's personal, non-commercial use. The app itself, its design, its name and its brand belong to us.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using DreamMe at any time and delete your account from the You tab. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

9. Disclaimer

DreamMe is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the app will always be available, error-free, or that every story will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for DreamMe in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

11. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, support or any claims about it. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use DreamMe after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
